This course is a combination of the Level 1 Certificate in Food Preparation and Cooking, Level 2 Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking (Culinary Arts) and Level 2 Diploma in Food Preparation and Cooking(Patisserie). This course is ideal for students who would like to gain skills in both Culinary Arts as well as Patisserie.
